We are pleased to announce details of the Rimini 2008 Festival of classical music, Sagra Musicale Malatestiana, a serie of symphony concerts that will be held from late August through September for the 59th year running.

As you can see in the enclosed programme, this edition of the Festival will focus on Russia, including performances of some of the most beloved romantic symphonies by Ciajkovskij, Sleeping Beauty, Stravisnkij, Petroushka, Prokof’ev Romeo and Juliet and many others, featuring many world-class artists including  pianists Denis Matsuev and Rudolf Buchbinder, violinists Vadim Repin and Sarah Chang, as well as outstanding conductors including Myung-Whun Chung, Vladimir Fedoseyev, Valery Gergiev, George Pehlivanian and Fabio Luisi.

They  will perform in Rimini for the Sagra Musicale Malatestiana with some of the greatest orchestras in the world.

We would also inform you that special conditions are offered to our foreign guests. Please ask the hotel reception how to book your ticket.
Standard ticket prices rage from € 35 to € 15, but 40% discount will be offered to you (valid only for seats in the 1st and 2nd sector) if you want to assist to one or more symphonic concerts that will be held in the Auditorium Palacongressi, via della Fiera 52 in Rimini (31st August, 6-8-14-17 September).

To reach the Auditorium you don’t need to use your car or call a taxi! A free bus, round-trip from and to the Auditorium will pick you up near the hotel and get you to the concert.
